We take pride in delivering 100% genuine and farm-fresh items. Perishable goods such as raw meat, river fish, milk, and seasonal fruits are sourced directly every morning under strict hygienic standards. Weight and grading tolerances are inspected before dispatch.
3. Pricing & Currency
All product prices on Nogod Bazar are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices, promotional deals, and delivery fees based on real-time market fluctuations.
4. Orders, Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers can place orders 24/7. We support secure payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and domestic credit/debit cards. When selecting COD, customers are required to inspect the package upon receipt before paying the rider.
5. Delivery Timeline
Standard grocery and express fresh deliveries within metropolitan zones are fulfilled within 2 to 24 hours. Delivery slots can be chosen during checkout. Severe weather or unavoidable logistical challenges may result in minor rescheduling with advance SMS notification.
6. User Account & Conduct
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Any fraudulent activity, misuse of discount vouchers, or deliberate order rejections may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of the user account.
