Unopened packaged items, rice, oil, sealed baby diapers, and lotions can be returned within 7 days of delivery provided the packaging is intact, unsoiled, and the invoice is preserved.

3. Electronics & Gadgets (Brand Warranty & 7 Days Replacement)

Smartwatches, earbuds, and electronics include official brand manufacturer warranties. If a manufacturing defect is discovered within 7 days, we arrange a pickup and free replacement or refund.
